Firehole River

Firehole River rises from tiny Madison Lake where it begins the journey down stream where it passes the bridge on Old Faithful-Thumb road. In this portion of the stream you should be on the look out for pan-sized browns. Further down stream the river meets up with Little Firehole and Iron Spring Creek. These two streams are great spots to seek large trout in July and August. For a guided tour of this amazing river and its tributaries contact GY FlyfIshers today!
